Project Title: Turbine Rotor Stand
Client: Felton Energy Services Limited

Boliserv International successfully executed the design and structural analysis of a heavy-duty rotor stand system for Felton Energy Services Limited. The project involved engineering a pair of robust rotor stands capable of safely supporting a turbine shaft weighing 25 metric tons. Delivered on December 3rd, 2025, the solution was developed with precision engineering principles, ensuring stability, durability, and compliance with industrial safety standards. The rotor stands were designed to enhance operational efficiency, facilitate maintenance handling, and provide reliable load-bearing performance for turbine operations.

Project Title: Construction of 500 Barrels Surge Tank
Client: Ocean Sands

Boliserv International carried out the complete execution of a storage tank procedure for Ocean Sands, delivering a fully compliant and structurally reliable tank system. The project began with the careful procurement of materials that matched the approved design parameters required for the tank’s structural integrity and operational performance. Upon receipt, all materials underwent a thorough inspection to confirm conformity with the specifications, ensuring that only certified and approved components proceeded to fabrication.

Project Title: Modification & Installation of 55-Ton A-Frame Base – MV Kenderick (Vessel)
Client: Ocean-Tides Oil & Gas Servicing Co. Ltd.
Executed by: Boliserv Engineering & Fabrication

Boliserv completed the structural modification and installation of a 55-ton A-Frame base on the MV Kenderick vessel as part of the vessel’s offshore lifting system upgrade. The project scope covered:

- Precision fabrication and machining of mounting interfaces for the A-Frame base.
- Deck structural reinforcement to accommodate dynamic operational loads.
- Alignment, leveling, and secure fastening using marine-grade joints and load-tested components.
- NDT inspections and QA/QC procedures to verify weld integrity and structural reliability.
- Full compliance with marine classification standards and offshore safety requirements.

The installation was executed with high accuracy to ensure optimal load distribution, improved operational stability, and seamless integration with the vessel’s lifting system. The project further demonstrates Boliserv’s capability in heavy-duty marine fabrication, vessel modification, and specialized offshore engineering solutions.
