Project Title: Construction of 500 Barrels Surge Tank
Client: Ocean Sands

Boliserv International carried out the complete execution of a storage tank procedure for Ocean Sands, delivering a fully compliant and structurally reliable tank system. Project Title: Modification & Installation of 55-Ton A-Frame Base – MV Kenderick Vessel
Client: Ocean-Tides Oil & Gas Servicing Co. Ltd.

Boliserv completed the structural modification and installation of a 55-ton A-Frame base on the MV Kenderick as part of the vessel’s offshore lifting system upgrade. The project scope covered:

  • - Precision fabrication and machining of mounting interfaces for the A-Frame base.
  • - Deck structural reinforcement to accommodate dynamic operational loads.
  • - Alignment, leveling, and secure fastening using marine-grade joints and load-tested components.
  • - NDT inspections and QA/QC procedures to verify weld integrity and structural reliability.
  • - Full compliance with marine classification standards and offshore safety requirements.

The installation was executed with high accuracy to ensure optimal load distribution, improved operational stability, and seamless integration with the vessel’s lifting system. Project Title: Fabrication of a Frame Modification
Client: Ocean Tide

Boliserv International was contracted by Ocean Tide to carry out the fabrication and modification of an industrial support frame, ensuring improved structural performance and compatibility with new operational requirements. The project began with a detailed engineering assessment of the existing frame, including dimensional verification, load-bearing analysis, and evaluation of the structural components that required reinforcement or redesign.
